About SFAEP

Our Mission

To promote technical excellence, ethical practice, and community awareness.
Provide opportunities for individuals and businesses to enhance their growth and career advancement.
Provide a forum for information exchange and networking with other environmental professionals
within South Florida, throughout the state, and across the nation.
To participate in environmentally related community projects and events within Miami-Dade, Broward
and Monroe County.
To establish links with local schools, colleges, and universities to educate and recruit promising
students and young participants into the environmental professional field.

We are an organization of professionals practicing environmental planning,
engineering, science and law in South Florida.

We hold monthly luncheons on the third Wednesday of every month that offer
opportunities to interact and network, as well as to listen to a guest speaker discuss relevant and interesting topics.

These monthly luncheons alternate between various venues in
Miami Dade and Broward County.

We also host an annual conference every November and
a Holiday Party every December.

We welcome participation by all members of environmental professionals
in South Florida.
